- Greg Force, PCI Foundation Chairman, 2022 Focus on Collaboration. Kennesaw State and Clemson grant programs are partnering to deliver exceptional student experiences. Newly funded New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ, collaboration in CIM and architecture and engineering departments started last year, establishing new precast, prestressed concrete curriculum. Led by Mohamed Mahgoub, Associate Professor and Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program Director, and Gernot Riether, Associate Professor, Hillier College of Architecture and Design, there are numerous activities underway to expose students to the aesthetic, versatility and resiliency benefits of precast, prestressed concrete!
