Honeywell Headquarters, Legacy Union III is part of a large urban mixed-use development master-planned and designed by LS3P. The 850,000 ft² property includes an 800-car garage, ground-floor retail, and a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the Charlotte skyline. The project was designed and constructed over two years, and the construction cost was $100 million. The precaster produced nearly 95,000 ft² of architectural precast concrete cladding with formliner, thin-brick, and medium acid etch finishes for the project.
