  • Metromont Corporation recently put the finishing touches on Penn State University's new off-campus student housing community, The Standard at State CollegeMetromont Corporation’s Richmond, VA team produced nearly 280,000 SF of their proprietary MetroDeck total precast floor and roof system for the new student housing structure, which features luxury amenities such as ground-level retail, second-floor terrace with pool, outdoor grilling area, fitness center, courtyard, and academic lounge. Located adjacent to The Metropolitan at State College, The Standard is the second of the two student housing projects Metromont has completed for client Landmark Properties, Inc. #studenthousing #precastconcrete #totalprecast #luxuryapartments.
  • Tindall Corporation is proud to announce it has expanded its Utility Division by opening a new facility located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The company held a two-day grand opening event with the first day celebrating with special guests and the second day dedicated to enjoying the new space with employees and their families. “Tindall strives to be faithful in living out its core values.   • Fabcon Precast is celebrating their 50th Anniversary! August 13, 2021, marks the 50th Anniversary of Fabcon’s first precast concrete project. Their first customer, the Superior, Wisconsin YMCA, was built with hollow core planks used as a ceiling above the pool area and other sections of the facility.
