Each team, sponsored by a PCI Producer member or a professional engineering firm, had three students, an architecture, engineering, and construction management or concrete management student who work together for two days to design a project. Students apply as individuals, not as teams, and were selected from more than 40 students who applied this year. Students on the winning team – Alexander Fairly, Middle Tennessee University CIM program; Emily Rupright, Washington University – St. Louis architecture student; and Josh Shade, University of Oklahoma architectural engineering student.
